1. The parties
This document governs the provision of website design, hosting, maintenance and search engine optimisation services (the "Services") by HIBISCURE SRL, trading as Compas Digital, registered in Romania (CUI 45023136), referred to as the "Provider", to the individual or business requesting the Services (the "Client").
2. Scope of services
The Provider will build, host and maintain a website for the Client according to the plan selected — “Busola” (the site build) and, optionally, “Azimut” (the monthly growth subscription) —, and, where applicable, provide search engine optimisation (SEO) services, as described on compasdigital.ro/en at the time the agreement is made.
3. Plans and pricing
The Services are structured as two plans:
Busola — the site build. A one-time payment of €890 (excluding VAT), payable in full or in 3 equal instalments. Includes a site of up to 5 pages, hosting, SSL and domain for 12 months, Google Business Profile and Google Search Console setup, and a 30-day fix guarantee. No subscription required.
Azimut — the monthly growth subscription. €320 per month (excluding VAT). Removes the 5-page limit and includes technical and on-page optimisation, Google Business Profile management, structure for AI-generated answers, one in-depth article per month, conversion tracking, one hour of changes per month, a monthly report and hosting throughout the subscription.
If both plans are contracted at the same time, the build is reduced to €690, subject to a minimum subscription of 6 months.
Add-ons (an additional language, the extended AI visibility package, link acquisition, extra articles or pages, automation, change hours beyond those included, hosting after the first 12 months) are invoiced at the prices published on the site on the date of the request.
All prices are stated in euros and exclude VAT. The Provider is VAT-registered; VAT at the standard rate of 21% is added and shown separately on the invoice. Invoicing is in lei, at the BNR rate of the invoice date. The subscription is collected monthly, in advance.
4. Minimum term and termination
Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum term from the activation of the Services. After this term is complete, the Client may end the engagement at any time, with 30 days' written notice and no penalties.
The Client may also request termination before the 3-month term is complete, likewise with 30 days' notice and no penalties. The Busola fee, which covers a site already delivered, is non-refundable. Where the reduced build price of €690 was granted on the basis of a 6-month commitment and the subscription ends earlier, the €200 difference becomes payable.
5. Domain name
Content created specifically for the Client (copy, design, original imagery) belongs to the Client from the first day of the engagement.
Whenever the engagement ends, the Provider transfers the site, the content, the domain and hosting access to the Client's name. The transfer is completed within 15 days of termination, at no additional cost. The Provider does not retain the domain and does not make the transfer conditional on further payment.
If the Client already owned a domain before the engagement began, that domain remains the Client's property at all times — the rule above applies only to domains registered by the Provider on the Client's behalf during the engagement.
6. Intellectual property and portfolio use
Upon full payment or upon the domain transfer described in Section 5, ownership of the design and content created specifically for the Client passes to the Client. The Provider reserves the right to showcase the completed site in its own portfolio for demonstration purposes, unless the Client requests in writing that this not occur.
7. Limitation of liability
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to improve the site's visibility in search engines, but cannot guarantee a specific position in Google results or a fixed timeframe for results, as these are influenced by external factors such as algorithm changes, competition and user behaviour. Estimates provided to the Client are indicative only.
8. Data protection
Processing of the Client's personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this document.
9. Governing law
This document is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably; failing an amicable resolution, the Romanian courts have jurisdiction.
