1. Who we are
The data controller is HIBISCURE SRL, trading as Compas Digital, registered in Romania (CUI 45023136). You can reach us at contact@compasdigital.ro for any request concerning your data.
2. What data we collect
We collect data in two situations:
- Contact form: name, company name, email address and the content of your message, including the plan you are interested in. This data is transmitted to and processed by the third-party service Formspree.
- Site browsing: through Google Analytics we collect statistical data about visits (pages viewed, time on site, traffic source), using cookies and an IP address that may be partially anonymised.
3. Why we process this data
We use this data to respond to enquiries submitted through the form, to prepare and deliver the Services you have requested, and to understand how the site is used in order to improve it.
4. Legal basis
Processing of contact form data is based on the consent you give when submitting the form and, if you become a client, on the performance of the resulting contract. Processing of traffic analytics data is based on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Data may be accessed by the service providers we use to run the site:
- Formspree, Inc. — to process messages submitted through the contact form;
- Google LLC (Google Analytics) — for site usage statistics.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the contractual safeguards provided by each respective provider (standard contractual clauses).
6. Retention period
Data submitted through the form is kept for as long as necessary to manage your enquiry or contract, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Google Analytics data is retained according to the platform's standard settings, generally 14 months.
7. Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Romania's National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
8. Cookies
The site uses strictly necessary cookies and analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You may disable or delete cookies from your browser settings at any time.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

This policy may be updated periodically. The applicable version is always the one published on this page.
